Mateusz Dyśko is a lawyer and he provides day-to-day legal assistance for companies. As part of his specialization Mateusz is responsible for the preparation and analysis of business contracts, registration and changes in the structures of commercial companies, conducting court proceedings in civil and commercial matters, and tax advice in the field of income taxes.
Mateusz is a graduate and scholarship holder at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław with a Master of Law degree from 2015. In 2012-2013 Mateusz studied law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen in the Netherlands. From 2018, he is a member of the Working Group for the Internet of Things (IoT) at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. In 2019 he graduated from the School of Law and Economy of China at the University of Warsaw. Currently Mateusz is a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
Mateusz has been co-operating with Peter Nielsen & Partners Law Office since 2017.
