Miroslaw is a legal adviser and a partner of Peter Nielsen & Partners Law Office. He graduated from Department of Law and Administration of Warsaw University in 2003 and is registered in the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

Miroslaw specializes in business and commercial law, real estates and construction law, as well as in litigation. He also advises on the issues of incorporation, management and acquisition of companies.

As part of the interdisciplinary team, Mirosław advises owners and investors developing agricultural businesses in Poland on matters relating to agricultural properties, in particular regarding the acquisition and disposal of properties, leases, and the creation of easements and mortgages. In addition, he advises on the development of renewable energy projects, including biogas plants, photovoltaic and wind energy projects. He also advises on business development planning and succession, including family foundations.

He has been co-operating with Peter Nielsen & Partners Law Office since 2000.
