2010-06-21 Foreign tourist services via local branches onlyAs a result of a change to the Act on Tourist Services (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 106, item 673) entrepreneurs who do not have their seats in the territory of a member state of the EU, EEA or Swiss Confederation will be able to conclude within the Polish territory contracts with regard to organizing tourist events under the condition of conducting activity in the form of a local branch.
The changes will come into force on July 17, 2010.
