2010-06-21 Land and Mortgage Register on the Internet
Until now it was only possible to have unpaid access to the basic information with regard to entities entered into the National Court Register e.g. companies. From June 16, 2010 anyone can browse on the Internet through the electronic versions of land and mortgage registers stored in the Central Database. Still, it should be remembered that not all land and mortgage registers are available in the electronic form. At the moment in the Central Database there are more than 12 millions of land and mortgage registers out of 18.8 millions existing in Poland. The process of transfer of old land and mortgage registers onto electronic carriers has been going on for a few years now.
