2010-05-20 PNP at the dispute resolution conference in Warsaw
The conference concerned setteling dispoutes resulting from M&A transactionsdisputes before and after the transactions have been closed, disputes with regard to the statements and guranatees, M&A model agreement, interest of the business environment in M&A transactions. It was the first international conference on arbitration of this importance in Poland.
